Welcome Julia to Kore Pilates Studio!

I'm thrilled to share some exciting news! After being a familiar face at our studio, Julia has completed her Pilates training. She will be joining the Kore Pilates team, bringing our total number of instructors back up to four!


Julia's Class Schedule


Julia will be teaching the following classes:


  • Fundamentals: Thursdays at 5 PM

  • Mixed-Level Reformer: Thursdays at 6 PM and 7 PM

  • Saturday Morning Classes: One Saturday each month


Make sure to give her classes a try, and don't forget to make her feel welcome when you see her around the studio!


Get to Know Julia


Here is a little more about Julia so we can get to know each other better:


Although Julia doesn't come from a traditional fitness background, being active has always been part of her routine. She has enjoyed mat Pilates for a long time. In 2018, while living in Brunei, she decided to take her passion further. Julia completed her mat instructor qualification with BASI Pilates.


Her journey didn't stop there. After trying and loving reformer Pilates, she pursued additional training. In 2024, she graduated from Reformer Instructor training with APPI. Julia has recently moved back to the UK after spending ten wonderful years living on the beautiful island of Borneo.


Besides Pilates, Julia loves to travel, try new foods, and have fun! She firmly believes that Pilates is for everybody. Her motto is to focus on progression over perfection in our practice.
