Welcome to a new way of working out

You know that feeling when you get together with a friend or two and end up doing something super healthy like a long hike, pamper night or I dunno cook something wholesome?

That's it - that's the vibe

We get together, we work hard! I use my specialised experience and knowledge to guide us through.

But it's relaxed too, we can catch up, there's some good tunes on, we all boost each other's energy and leave having done a great workout and with a slightly buzzy energy.

Gentle Reformer

A slower-paced session with a focus on control & stability. With quiet, calm background music and plenty of pauses, this class prioritises safe, effective movement - minimising any advanced positions that need lots of flexibility or balance. Expect simple, foundational exercises designed to support strength and confidence—ideal for those recovering from injury, or in their ‘Autumn years’ 

Reformer Fundamentals

A steady-paced class with a calm, focused atmosphere. With plenty of personalised attention, this session prioritises technique, precision, and control. Expect a deep dive into the fundamental principles of Reformer Pilates, with simple yet effective (not necessarily any ‘easier’!) movements designed to build confidence and skill. 

Mixed-Level Reformer

Our signature 50-minute class, designed to adapt to you. With one reformer per person, this session offers a well-balanced, full-body workout with time to refine technique and provide individual guidance. Open-level and fully adaptable, we adjust the challenge to suit each client—ensuring a session that’s both effective and personalised.

Dynamic Reformer

A dynamic, high-energy session designed to keep you moving. Expect louder beats, fewer pauses, and a rhythm-driven pace. This class blends precision with momentum—challenging, energising, and seamlessly connected to the music.

We recommend having a good foundation in technique.

Lunch-time Blast!

A focused, high-energy 30-minute session designed to fit seamlessly into your lunch break. Fast-paced, dynamic, and music-driven, this class keeps you moving with minimal pauses. Expect a strong, flowing sequence that maximises efficiency—perfect for those with a solid foundation in technique looking for a quick, effective workout.

 

We recommend having a good foundation in technique.

Advanced Reformer

 Designed for those with strong fitness and refined technique, this class takes Reformer Pilates to the next level. Expect full-body, high-challenge movements that demand strength, control, and precision. A dynamic, progressive session for those ready to push their practice further.

What should I wear?

We'll be moving so as long as it's something comfortable that allows free range of movement then it's totally your shout. Please do not feel like lycra leggings are the only acceptable active wear ;)
