Each class focuses on 7 carefully chosen exercises. Simple enough to follow, effective enough to feel the difference.

Mat and Reformer Options  

Two classes per week use just a mat. Two classes per week include reformer work - try finding another professionally-guided live reformer class for £3.50!

Real-Time Support  

Ask questions and be challenged. Adapt movements for your body. It's like having a personal trainer for the price of a coffee.
